Q: Which suburbs do you deliver to?
We currently offer local delivery to the below postcodes:

Q: Do you deliver outside these suburbs?
At this time, we only deliver to the suburbs listed above. If you are located outside these areas, we are unable to process your order.
💰 Delivery Pricing
Q: How much does delivery cost?
- Orders of $30 or more: FREE delivery
- Orders under $30: $10 delivery fee
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Q: Can I return refrigerated or frozen products?
No. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on refrigerated or frozen products. This includes:
- Frozen vegetables, snacks, and ready‑to‑eat meals
- Refrigerated dairy products (paneer, yogurt, ghee, etc.)
- Frozen meats and seafood
- Any other temperature‑sensitive items
All sales of refrigerated and frozen products are final.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items are non‑returnable:
- Opened food products
- Products past their expiry date
- Items marked as final sale or clearance

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
